Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with the ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver. I have installed the latest version and the program does not open after installation. I click on it and nothing happens. Windows 10 updated to the latest version. Reinstalling it did not help. What may be the problem?

Any solutions? Not working , i tried update and repair windows but dont open again.
