Hi,

I am trying Zcentral connect 2020. But when i check "About" in the connect tool i see License Error (S), No valid license found..

I have achieved a trial license. When i check the manager.log file i could see a Flexnet Licensing error: -2,413. What does that mean?  Do you need to edit the license file as i got everything in one row by default? Is there a limit in filename lenght?

/J

Make sure you have placed the license in the correct place.  See the attached License Guide.  Look at page 14 on where to place the license file.

Ge this error message:

2021-05-20 11:34:40,329 [4] WARN broker.Common.Logger - License Checkout warning for feature: HPZCentralConnect_Trial, Return failed, Flex Warning: Invalid (inconsistent) license key.
The license key and data for the feature do not match.
This usually happens when a license file has been altered.
Feature: HPZCentralConnect_Trial
License path: C:\ProgramData\HP\ZCentralConnectManager\HP ZCentral Con_2720_24331912.lic;
FlexNet Licensing error:-8,523

But i have not tampered the licensefile. But i notice that there might be invalid characters in the licensefile that are probably from the registration,  Maybe that is the problem, characters like Name = Vxj

There should not be any strange symbols or characters in the license.  Let me download a Connect trial license to see if there is an issue.  If not, I will send you a trial license from my support email.  I am going to have private messaging enabled for you so I can reach out to you offline.
