Hi,

Our Company Has 4 z series laptops.

we want use the HP Z remote  software.

 

For testing we installed Remote sender in HP Z series laptop at delhi,India.

 

when trying to connect from receiver at Hyd, India in collabration mode but all attempts were unsuccessful.

 

Please guide us how to connect over internet.

The first thing you need to verify is that you have installed the Sender software on the system you are trying to remote into, and the receiver software on the local system.  Both the sender and receiver must be on the same network, they need to see each other.  Whether that be on a LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.  If you can ping the sender from the receiver, then Remote Boost should work.  Port 42966 needs to be open for the sender and receiver to communicate.  I would recommend it be open on both TCP and UDP (HP Velocity changes traffic from TCP to UDP).  Make sure your network can handle UDP traffic, or try disabling HP Velocity from the receiver GUI settings under the Performance Tab and see if you have a successful connection.  

 

If this does not work, I will need to get logs from you.  You can also raise a case at HP Support to have someone work directly with you.
