moonshot m710x rgs blackscreen

anyone know why M710x server use rgs,the receiver is blackscreen.

in m710x bios use both add-in and embed graphice,the sender log show Graphice Adapeter is null, logs like this

in my m710p server I had use rgs7.0 for serveral years,and works fine.but the m710x server can't work,blackscreen,can't do anything,and I need to use Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro Graphics P580 for video editing.

can anyone give me some help?

What version of RGS are you using on both your receiver and your sender (Moonshot)? Also, we have found that certain Intel drivers were causing a blackscreen. Can you provide me with the driver version you are using for the Intel graphics?

yes,all use rgs 7.5.1 x64

driver used the moonshot mwdp20170508 intel iris p580 Driver Version: 21.20.16.4664

and try the newest driver had the same problem

hey,kelly,I had solved this problem. I chanage the windows 7 's reg.like this.

add DWORD（32bit） key NumberOfVirtualDisplays nums 1-8

I only had one screen,so set 1.
