Product: zCentral Remote Boost Sender 7
Operating System: Linux

I'm trying to get Remote Boost Sender installed on Pop_OS! 20.04 LTS. From my research, it is compatible with Ubuntu binary-wise (It pulls from Ubuntu apt repos), however, it fails without an explanation. All it says is that the post-install script returned an exit error of 1. Does anyone know why it could be failing?

 

I should note that I did set the environment variable to override the distro check.

Looking into your issue.  Can you tell me what environment variable you changed, and what the setting is?
