Product: ZCentral Remote Boost
Operating System: Linux

Hi, 
Yesterday we upgraded ZCentral Remote Boost from 20.1 to 20.3 on some CentOS 7.6 workstations, a lot of my users, after entering their creds where having a black screen, and nothing was coming back from the sender.   Workstation have monitors hooked to them, we are not using headless dongles.  Nvidia driver is at version 460.39. 

I'ven't seen any errors in the sender, syslogs, Xorg logs and don't find much online.   For a fix, some had to log back in, some needed service restart, some rebooted workstation.   Anyone got an idea of what could happened.

I think t is the same Error on 20.3 under Windows.....

I just asked to get PM enabled for you.  I believe you have run across an issue that was recently found in 20.3.0.  There is a fix but it is in the next release.
