Can this charge via USB-c

Hello, I know people ask this question ALOT but I wanna know if my laptop can charge via USB c or not. I'm trying to make a home docking station for my laptop and want to make sure i get the power supply right.

USB Type-C power delivery (USB PD): USB Type-C power delivery is bi-directional, so a device can either send or receive power. This power can be transferred at the same time the device is transmitting data across the connection.
