My printer (US) uses 02 cartridges, but on a recent trip to Sweden I found a bunch of cartridges labeled 363, that look the same and fit the printer on a good closeout sale, so I bought them.  However, the printer won't function with the 363 ink cartridges.  Is there anyway to get the printer to recognize a mixed 02/363 set of cartridges?

Thanks,

JIm

Be aware that resetting the printer to another region can only be done if you moved with the printer, HP Support will only reset a printer to your current region, not to another region than yours:

Before you contact HP, you must have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your current country/region.
