My printer just keeps saying the same errors and then to contact HP. Mind you, it doesn't even say how to contact HP.
It says paper jam, but there is no paper jam. It seems the ink carriage tries to move, then it posts the error message.
I cannot move the print cartridge either.
ive restarted it 10 times!!!!

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
