Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been told I have a paper jam but have cleared all areas. Then a Printer Failure notice comes up on my printer screen with a contact HP 0x6100004e. Any ideas of what I need to do to clear this and get back to printing? Thanks.
