1-Page documents printing in multiple pages

I am not able to fix my problem. I tried all the troubleshooting and my printer still prints jobs in multiple pages. Even when I scan multiple page document jobs the printing will be partial on one page and the rest on another page. It seems like the feeder is not working properly but I cannot get a hold any HP agent. At times, the printer makes a loud sound when feeding the paper.

Welcome to HP support community.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

• In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
• Select your HP printer.
• Select Uninstall.
• In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
• In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
• Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
• Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
• Click on Drivers tab.
• Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
• Select OK.
• Remove all instances of the same.
• Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
• Close Devices and Printers. 
• Restart the PC again.

Align the printhead

1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

2. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

3. Open the Printer Maintenance or Tools menu.

4. Touch Align Printhead.

   An alignment page prints.

   

5. Wait until the page is out of the printer before you remove it.
