Hi,

It is correct, 12 months are offered when you choose the 100 day plan with the included £32 credit in-box:

I have the same issue - however there isn't a £32 voucher in the box - it looks just to be a "standard" product with 3 months' free trial.

Before I set up the printer etc. I would like to confirm this offer - Argos are little help.

Thanks for any help offered.

@Zakky241, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

For Instant ink ready printers, the 3 free months get added once the enrollment is complete. Sign up and pick the plan you want and the billing will start after the trial/free period is over.

Have you enrolled in a plan yet? To know how, refer to this document.

For more info on Instant Ink, refer to the FAQ document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I too have bought this printer from argos. I have enrolled the printer and selected the plan. My instant ink account still shows a 3 month trial and billing starts in 3 months time. Once again how do I obtain the 12 month  subscription as detailed in the product description?

HP Recommended

Unfortunately this doesn't answer the question - the question was how do I get the extra trial period after the 3 months to take it to 12 months as advertised.

In the end I took the printer back to Argos - they called their head office who still couldn't answer.  I bought a different printer from Currys which had 5 months free shown on the box and this immediately gave 5 months upon installation/registration.
