Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get an error message from printer that I have two depleted color ink, But My black one in nearly new. The printer gives white paper and Didn't print anything using black mode only. Is there a solution, as I don't want to replace colored cartridges now.

@Annoogy, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. A little ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks. This helps to prevent issues such as printhead clogs and poor print quality. There is no way to bypass this feature.

 

Meaning, to resume printing you must replace the photo cartridge.

You may choose to print with black ink only to reduce color usage for future print jobs, the printer still uses small amounts of ink from all the ink cartridges for occasional servicing tasks and once any color ink will become empty it must be replaced.
