3630 has error warning after installing genuine HP cartridge

HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3630 All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Couldn't print and HP program showed Black cartridge nearly empty so I installed a genuine HP one.

It ran the alignment program and I scanned it.

But black cartidge is still showing an error message.

Have turned on and off and unplugged for 30 mins but no joy;

Ran the diagnostic program and it uploaded new software but didn't fix the problem.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Michael
