3960 Office jet pro set up

Product Name: 3960 office jet pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, please help, as i am seeting up my new printer , we go onto the post code page , i start to enter my post code , which i do bit and error says is wrong and asks please enter a valid post code.... any suggestions, as i cannot complete this screen
