Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Envy 5052. It worked fine. We switched internet providers and now it won't connect. It just spins after selecting the router on the screen. I even tried hotspotting my phone. After entering the password it spins for a bit and says it cannot connect.

Did you restore the printer to the original network settings?
1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).
2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
3. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

You are using the 2.4 GHz band to connect to the printer?
