My officejet 5258 is skipping partial or entire lines. running the cleaning and alignment has not worked.

Try another cleaning cycle.

If you still have the same problem replace the cartridge.

Hi @58RAH ,

 

here we have an issue with at least one ink cartridge. But Don't worry, in many cases you can resolve that kind of problem on your own. 😉

Please upload an example here at the community by using the insertphotos.PNG button in the texteditor.

 

In addition to that, please turn both cartridges upside down for about an hour. After that, re-insert the cartridges and run an automatic cartridge cleaning.
