I am printing a greeting into the blank back side of my Christmas cards. I have tried in Word and Pages, setting the page size to 5x7, and setting the paper size on the printer to 5x7. Every time I print the 5x7 sized greeting prints out about two inches too far to the right. The size of the wording is correct but it’s as if the printer is expecting the paper to be off to the right instead of in the middle of the tray. If I can figure out how to include images of what is happening I will. Thanks!

@Lizingalls, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What happens when you try to print regular documents on plain paper?
  • When you're trying to print on the card, does the print preview look good?
  • What happens when you try to make a photocopy on the printer?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
