Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Error related to black cartridges, I cleaned the contacts, turned off and on again but the error persists. I need a new 64 \ 303 cartridge. can you help me?

Given the lack of response from the support (forum) and the inability to contact hp support by phone today I took the printer to a service center to understand what the problem is. The technician told me that the cartridge is probably defective, the cartridge I received with the hp subscription (€ 3 each month), the estimated cost is € 30 plus the cost of the new cartridge. the product is good but the assistance is non-existent. I will consider suspending the subscription and requesting a refund of the expenses incurred.
