6970 wont allow me in to change/ reset wireless connection, says I am not administered.
Funny I I emaied an admin off a closet posting of the same subject and instead of just answering the question made me post here.
What a waste of time! 3 days to wait for that answer when she could have just answered me!

Need not to worry, let's perform a Semi-full reset on the printer to resolve the issue.
I have sent you a private message, to reset the printer that cannot be shared in a public post.
Can you please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
