Product: office jet pro 8025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing color photos on 4x6 photo paper and the quality is very poor. Very muddy and flat look. Lacks vibrant and sharp look that I had on older HP printer (which had photo black ink). Brand new printer. All test pages (of solid colors) print perfectly.

In order to resolve this issue, please update the printer firmware using the HP link below.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp8020_8030/OJP8020_OJP8030_1921A.exe

I downloaded the exe and updated the printer software. No improvement on the color photo printing.
