My 8600 Pro Premium printer is wire connected to my network and works fine (exception below) but shows as not connected on the devices list on my Win 10 desktop.  What gives?  Private network.

I also cannot connect to it from my laptop which is connected via wireless to the network.

The printer and scan doctor shows everything is working properly and I have always been able to print from my desktop to the printer, however it still shows in the devices list as not connected.

On the issue of the Printer not connecting with my laptop which is connected to the network wirelessly, I have 3 bands on the router......two 2.4g and one 5 g.  Once I got connected with the same 2.4g band the printer was on everything works fine.

To be clear, the answer provided did not change my issue.  The printer still shows as NOT CONNECTED in the Win 10 devices list.  Printer was functioning before and still does.
