8610 Officejet Pro freezes when powering on

8610 Officejet pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

8610 Officejet Pro freezes when powering on. No access to touchscreen or home buttons because it freezes during boot up. Have tried unplugging/ plugging directly into the wall and resetting but still freezes. Is there a way to do a full factory reset?

If the printer is not responding to touch or by pressing any buttons, a factory reset cannot be performed. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
