No recent changes to OfficeJet Pro 8610.  Verizon Fios 5G Router. Sudden disconnect two days ago.

Print/Scan Doctor could not connect despite multiple attempts.  Cycled both router and printer numerous times.   Used WPS button and manual input of Wifi password.

Wireless Netwk Test Results page states "cannot connect to wireless router. MAC Address filtering may be enabled on your router which can prevent.. printer.. connecting during set up.

Wireless: On.  Wireless: Working Connected: Not Run. Printer Settings Consistent with router settings: Pass.

suggested Solution: If MAC address filtering is enabled, you must add MAC address of printer to list of permitted devices on router."

>> Cannot see any such editable list of MAC addresses for other devices in router.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This Printer supports only 2.4 GHz. Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 3. Touch OK.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 3. Touch OK.

Let me know if this helps.
