Printer was working great until this problem occurred.  Print and copy jobs hangup in queue.  Followed all HP troubleshooting tips but no help.  Computer and printer software is up-to-date.  Both have been powered down and restarted.  Printer queue on computer has been stopped and restarted. Hung queued jobs have been deleted and resent several times but no luck.  Print jobs have been sent via WiFi from computer and iPhone but same results.  Scan to USB works so scan lights work.  Printing of ink cartridge status report to paper works so scan light, paper pull and ink cartridges are fine.  So why do copy and print jobs get hung in the print queue?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let's reset the settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Printer Maintenance . 3. Touch Restore. 4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored. 5. Touch Restore.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
