- AIO 8710 How to reverse "IT Managed" and unlock ALL features...

I just bought this printer, first install it prompted for "self managed" or "IT Managed", since I'm an IT professional I chose the latter. Easy setup and install, works flawlessly.
Now setup second computer, and it won't scan from HP software, or any other software. I'm not sure what the problem is, but trying to solve for it has highlighted a bigger problem - this printer has administrative locks on EVERYTHING and no obvious way to unlock.
Go to printer to change settings and they are all locked "Check with Administrator".
Okay, that's a fail. However, there does not seem to be anyway to totally reverse and undo this IT Managed install to remove all of the administrator restrictions from the control panel.
My objective - to have nothing locked on the printer control panel and all features available.
I have tried -
. Multiple uninstall and reinstalls of HP "Full" software on the second computer
. factory and network restore defaults from printer web server
. unplug, wait 60 re-plug, also turn off and back on
. setting all features as available from admin page of web server, turning printer off and on
Nothing gets past this admin control set -
this printer is behind a firewall so it needs no admin control
Very frustrating, just about to return it unless someone here can tell me how to completely and absolutely reset this printer to "first install" and remove the IT Managed install along with admin restrictions.
Thanks for any insights -

Okay - that was quick. Chat with HP Support and here is the solution to TOTALLY RESET AIO 8710
After this you can choose Self or IT Managed.
We will now do the Semifull reset on the printer. This will reset the printer and restore the printer back to it's factory setting.
Do you see any curve arrow , when you touch any copy , fax , scan like icons , you need to remember its position
Please follow the steps below from the printer front panel to perform the semifull reset on the printer:-
1. Press Curve back arrow 4 times (Bottom Left) Buttons, in sequence.
2. Touch Support Menu.
3. Press Right arrow for Reset Menu and Touch OK.
4. Press Right arrow for Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK.
5. Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
6. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
The back arrow may not lit up. So please press the back arrow area (bottom left of the printer front panel screen) 4 times in sequence to see the support menu.
You need to remember its position and touch that area /location 4-5 times. the icon may disappear after first touch but you have to touch that location
