Using AipPrint with an IPAd, the first page printed double prints the data.  The print is offset by about a quarter of an inch so the resulting page is unreadable.  On the far right of the page special characters are printed.  After the first page is printed, the remainder is OK.  The problem resolves itself after the first page, and only occurs when the printer has been in hibernation for a while.  This is a minor annoyance, but it shouldn't happen.

Hi @ALLAN_FUG

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

To better assist you -

1.) What's the iOS version installed on your iPad?

2.) Are you experiencing this issue only with the iPad or with other devices too?

3.) What's the application that you are trying to print from?

4.) Have you tried printing the same document from HP Smart app?

5.) What's the type and size of the media that you are printing on?

While you respond to that, I'd suggest you try updating your iPad using these steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, try updating the printer's firmware using these steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
