Product: Deskjet GT 5820 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was checking for another problem in the printer and I removed the printheads and later realized that I wasn't supposed to do that, no my cyan and magenta don't print out only yellow and black come. I have a Deskjet GT 5820 series
