Hi. How do you add recognition of .pdf file when the thumb-drive (usb key) is plugged into the printer, in order to print a picture that is saved in .pdf format directly from the thumb-drive? The Photo printing feature displays only jpeg and other image files recorded in the thumb drive, but does not display the .pdf files.

Hi,

You can only print photos (JPG) from a USB flash drive, you cannot print document files such as PDF or MS Office directly from a USB stick, for that you must use a computer or a mobile device.

 

You may find its user guide below, only Photos are supported for direct printing from a USB flash drive (See Page 22 - Printing documents and page 25 - Printing Photos as a reference):
