Deskjet3639
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi !

I have an HP Deskjet 3639 and connected to my home wireless network.

A few Days ago, i changed my wireless Network and Password.

My next step was to enter the Settings of the Printer to reconnect to the wireless Network.

The Setup Page asked me for the administrator password. I never set a password.

I tried: empty empty, admin, admin, admin, empty, admin, 1234, admin 12345678.

Then i visited the German GP Support Site. No Awnser.

Then i had make a reset of the Printer. Same Problem.

So who can help me ?

Welcome to HP support community.

Perform a network reset on the printer and then try to connect the printer.

  • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Here are the steps to connect the printer:- Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
