macOS 10.12 Sierra

I suddenly couldn't connect printer to wireless network and was locked out. No idea what my admin user name and password are.  I understand from other posts that support will send me a private to assist.  Can someone help me?

I haven't been ale to use my printer in more than 36 hours. 😂

Same Member is back with the same issue -- cannot use sent instructions.
