Administrator settings in Embedded Web Server.
I am not able to reset or retrieve user name and password for advance settings of HP inkjet 410.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to access the advanced settings page on the EWS.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you perform a network reset on the printer and check if it helps.

 

Here is how it is done.

 

● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for five seconds.

Hi 
thanks for response.

 

It didn't work with this printer. I have already tried same process as in written in booklet, contact local customer care on phone.
It still asks credential which I don't have.

I tried to reset using USB connection, but again same screen pop up for entering credentials

Have you tried the default password? (12345678)

 

I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article as it will flash the firmware and install the new one.
