In the app and on the printer a lot of options are greyed out. When I click on it Message: disabled by adminstrator who installed the printer
I bought it new and unused and installed it myself. I dont remember that I did anything with adminstrator rights or so. Just attached it by UTP kabel. it works fine but cannot use a lot of fuction like paper and fine tune it.
Cant find anything in the usermanual about these rights.
Please help!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
I believe the only way to remove an administrator lock is by performing a full reset and re-initializing the printer. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've send you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
