Connected Envy 4520 to new iMac running macOS 10.15.6 via USB. A few pages printed normally, and then after one page with horizontal drop-outs all subsequent prints were blank. No BLK, no color on page.
I've upgraded the printer driver and firmware, and even switched to wireless printing, and result is still blank sheets. Progression of paper through the printer and printhead movement is normal as if printing. Device Status shows "Supplies: Good."
