I can print perfectly from my Android phone, but I can't print black ink from my iPad. When I try to print with Ipad other colours print but no black. need help please.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
To better assist you -
1.) Are you trying to print using HP Smart app or AirPrint?
2.) What's the application that you are trying to print from - Browser, Photos, Email etc.?
3.) What's the iOS version installed?
While you respond to that, let's try updating the iOS using these steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Update the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Also, try printing from HP Smart app, try AirPrint and vice-versa.
