Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi, my black in stopped mid print (colour works fine), followed suggested cleaning tips and now have new cartridge installed as they were getting low. No change with the new black - colour still ok. Any ideas?! Thanks.

If you have followed all the troubleshooting steps from this document HP DeskJet 3700 Printers - Color or Black Ink Not Printing and still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
