Hp Ink Tank wireless 415
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my Hp Ink Tank wireless 415 1 week ago and its brand new and covered under warranty, my color prints are ok but in my black and white prints i find horizontal lines which i feel its not the quality print. please check my diagnostic page image, you can find streaks at the corner of darkest vertical line. is it normal, i had cleaned and aligned the printer heads more than 15 times.
