Product: Officejet Pro X576dw MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

 

My office uses a Officejet Pro X576dw MFP. We just replaced the yellow and black ink cartriges (HP, not off brand) and now the black ink is showing up green-ish when printing in color. The print quality test looks like this:

I've tried all three stages of cleaning the print head, but nothing improves the color.

 

Any advice?
