HP Officejet Pro 6960

The black ink does not work in my HP Officejet Pro 6960, but all the other colours print perfectly and I have gone through all the troubleshooting and I have cleaned the cartridges and so on. I have the exact same numbers and the right ink boxes and they are all full or a little bit less.

Any help will be great!!!
