Product: HP 6520 ink printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I put in all new cartridges and when I do a print quality report all colors.show up except black box.is completely white. I tried different things black ink is coming out. Ink levels shows black level to be full. So why report not showing black and when I print the black text is

Take a better closer look that text isn't black it is darker grey/brown because it is printed with combination of 3 colours not black. It gets close to be but it's not black.
