Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Black ink suddenly stopped printing black ink.. I've replaced the black ink cartridge, and cleaned / aligned the print heads.  Also replaced the print head.  No change.  No errors now, but prior had message print head failed.  Turned off / on and error went away,  Thoughts?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printing black.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?
