Hey there,

 

i have HP 3815 Printer that the black ink isn’t working, i tried to replace the cartage and do a head cleaning.

nothing works.

 

HELP PLEASE!

i tried all of the above.. i dint mind buying a new printer, the problem is that i just now bought new hp genuine cartages for this printer..

i dont know who to speak with
