I keep getting little black lines on the right side of every page I print. I've replaced the toner cartridge and the printer drum. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

For now, let us try these steps:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Print a cleaning page
On the printer control panel, press the Setup button.
Open Service, and then Cleaning Page.
Load plain letter or A4 size paper when prompted, and then press the OK button.

If the black line exists on the copy and the cleaning page, this could be a hardware issue.
