Hello. My black printer cartridge is not working in my HP Envy 4520 printer. I’ve bought 2 new black cartridges and it’s still is not working . It keeps saying to reinstall cartridge. What to do? Thanks.

welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

Maybe there is just a communications problem between cartridge and printer. Please clean the electrical contacts, you'll find detailed steps at these support-document:
