HP Officejet6962, Does anyone had a problem where your black and colors does not print after you install new ink twice, remove software, reinstalled new software, clean heads and only prints when you doing a test except the black color now when you try to print from printer it does not print at all?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
