Product: hp6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last time I changed the black cartridge didn't work. I changed it again to see whether it was that cartridge itself the issue. But it doesn't work either. The other cartridges work perfectly. And the black cartridge has ink as I touched in, stamping a black circle in my finger.

Note: Please try all the steps as mentioned in the troubleshooting document.
