Product: Photosmart7520
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion

My Photosmart 7520 suddenly stopped printing letters or any blcak although the photoblack works fine on test

Changed to a new cartridge but still no printing - letters come out blank

Wireless - upgraded BT hub - latest

No other changes

Scans fine but copying in black has same problem
