I just bought brand new ink- it is printing everything fine- but my black ink.
I have never had this problem before. I have tried everything to fix this- could my black ink be a defect? Can new ink be sent to me? When I called HP they said there is noone to help me.
Please help !

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
