HP OfficeJet 6950 Black ink not printing.

Only used HP cartridges. Always performed print head clean on putting new ones in. half way through a 905XL black cartridge, black just stops printing. I've bought another normal sized 905 cartridge in case that ink estimate was wrong. This one (a brand new cartridge) also doesn't print black.

Have read on a few forums, this is a known issue??

I'm afraid this seems like an issue with the printhead of the printer. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
