Product: ENVY 5530

All research tells me that the 61 black and color ink works with my printer, however when I install, the black ink reads as the “cartridge is not intended for use in this printer”. Color seems to be fine! Any suggestions?

Is the printer used in the same country it was purchased?

Are you using HP genuine cartridges?

What is the operating system you are using?
